1. How we use AI

2. What people do
Every order is handled by a member of our team, who reviews the brief, edits the lyrics and story, chooses the best of several generated versions, and checks the pronunciation of names, consistency with the order request and the absence of inappropriate content. No preview or file is sent without human review.
3. Tools and licences
We use only paid plans of AI services whose terms permit commercial use of the output, and we regularly review changes to those terms. We do not use services that prohibit downloading the output or passing it on to customers.
4. Labelling
On product pages, in delivery emails and in file metadata, we state that the content was created with the use of AI. We do not create realistic images, video or audio of real people that could be mistaken for genuine (deepfakes).
5. What we don’t create
- Imitations of the voice, appearance or manner of celebrities, politicians or other real people.
- Covers, parodies, reworkings or “songs in the style of” specific well-known songs; lyrics and melodies belonging to others.
- Characters from animation studios, games, comics or brands; logos or trade marks.
- Sexual or sexually explicit content, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination.
- Political campaigning, or advertising for gambling, alcohol, tobacco, or financial or medical services.
- Misleading content: fake greetings in the name of real people or organisations, fake reviews, or material for fraud.
- Promises of income, cures or guaranteed results.
We decline such requests at the brief stage. If a violation comes to light after payment, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
6. Real people’s voices and faces
We do not clone the voices of real people, including from audio or video recordings sent by a customer. We use photos only as a reference for a cartoon character inspired by the person, not for a photorealistic image. We accept photos of children only from parents or guardians.
7. Your data and AI
We share with AI services only what is needed for the order: the text of the brief and, where necessary, photos. Where a service offers settings that prohibit the use of our requests for model training, we enable them. For details, see our Privacy policy.
8. Report a violation
If you believe that one of our products infringes your rights or this policy, please write to legal@sonadoraproduction.com. We will review your report within 5 business days and, where necessary, remove the material.
