Model

Personalisation as a production line

A customer submits a brief with a story about someone. A member of our team writes the lyrics or script, commercially licensed AI tools create the music, vocals and animation, and an editor checks the result. The customer receives a free preview and pays only for a product they’ve approved.

This model means a low unit cost, a fast cycle and few payment disputes: customers pay for something they’ve already seen. One brief can feed several products, so every new format raises the average order value without new customer acquisition costs.

Markets, companies and payments

Sales run through two companies with the same model: the US company sells to customers in the United States and in the markets served by its payment providers in Latin America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa; the UK company sells to customers in all other markets. Payment methods are set up for each market, so customers can pay the way they’re used to.
