1. Method of delivery
After successful payment, we send an email with a link to download the full version to the email address given in your order request and on the payment page. The same link is sent to your messenger (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or Viber), if you provided one. Delivery is free of charge.
2. Timings

The full version usually arrives within a few minutes of payment. If delivery has not taken place within 72 hours of payment, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
3. File formats
- Song: MP3 320 kbps + lyrics in PDF. Plays on any phone, computer or speaker.
- Animated film: MP4 1080p, 16:9 or 9:16, with embedded sound.
Files have no DRM protection and no watermark. The file metadata states that it was created by the Sonadora studio with the use of AI.
4. Links and re-delivery
The download link is valid for 90 days. We recommend saving the file to your device or cloud storage straight away. We keep a copy of the file for 12 months and will resend it free of charge on request to support@sonadoraproduction.com.
5. Proof of delivery
For each order, we record the time the email and the messenger message were sent, as well as the time the file was first downloaded. These records are used to resolve delivery issues and disputes with payment providers.
6. If your file hasn’t arrived
- Check the Spam, Promotions and Updates folders in your inbox.
- Make sure the email address in your order request is correct.
- Write to support@sonadoraproduction.com quoting your order number — we will resend the file within 24 hours.
7. Countries we deliver to
We deliver digital files to customers in all markets listed on the Pricing page. We do not deliver to Russia, Belarus, countries subject to comprehensive sanctions or the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
