How we handle payments and risk
Payments
Payments are accepted by certified providers (PCI DSS): Stripe, EBANX, Cashfree Payments and dLocal. We do not receive or store card details. Every payment is linked to a specific order and customer. We do not accept payments for goods or services of third parties.
Sanctions
We do not sell to customers in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria or the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine (Crimea and parts of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions). Orders from these territories are cancelled and refunded.
AML and KYC
We review unusual orders: multiple payments from different cards for one order, a mismatch between the card’s country and the customer’s, or order amounts that are atypical for our products. Such transactions are put on hold pending clarification and, where necessary, reported to the payment provider.
Disputes and refunds
We keep a log of every order: the brief, the approved preview, and the times of payment, delivery and file download. We respond to customer enquiries within 24 hours and issue refunds under our rules before a matter reaches the bank.
Bank statement
Payments appear on bank statements as SONADORA STUDIO, i.e. under the brand name used on this website.

Certificates of incorporation, articles of association and proof of address are provided to payment providers and partners on request at legal@sonadoraproduction.com.
