Files

Fill in the order form: who the gift is for, the occasion, a few stories and any style preferences. Add the email and messenger where we should send the preview. Placing an order doesn’t commit you to anything. If you prefer, a manager can ask you the questions in a chat and fill in the brief with you.
An editor writes the song lyrics or the film script. We create the music, vocals and animation using commercially licensed AI tools. Before anything is sent, a member of our team listens to or watches the result and checks names, facts and that it matches your brief.
For a song we send a 40–60-second snippet and the full lyrics; for an animated film, a clip or key frames. The preview is watermarked. If anything needs changing, just tell us: up to two revisions are free. If the result isn’t right for you, you simply don’t pay.
Along with the preview, you receive a link to a certified provider’s payment page, with the price in your market’s currency. Methods available for United States: Visa / Mastercard / Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, ACH. The seller is TMS BRAND COMPANY INC.. Customers in the EU and the UK give a separate consent to immediate delivery of digital content before paying.
Within 24 hours of payment, and usually sooner, we send a download link to your email and messenger. The link is valid for 90 days, and we keep a copy of the file for 12 months and will resend it on request. See the Delivery page for details.

Timings start once your order contains everything we need. If we miss the promised deadline after payment, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.
